At Cooke & Son we have been looking after the interests of our clients since 1979. Because we are specialists, we can devote all out time to looking after the interests of our clients. That means taking action daily, even hourly, until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.

A major factor to be taken into account when deciding to pursue a bad debt is the costs involved. That's why our fees are based on a proportion of the money actually recovered. If we fail to perform, we don't expect to get paid.
